Grant of Stock Options

Nu XMP Ventures Limited has granted a total of 1,660,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants. The options are exercisable at $0.60 for a five year period. The options announced by press release dated March 5, 2004 have been cancelled.
