Mr. Williamson is the founder of North Country Gold Corp., an independent consultant and entrepreneur with more than 25 years experience, including 18 years in the management, development and governance of public companies conducting worldwide mineral exploration and mining. Mr. Williamson has a Bachelor of Science, Specialization in Geology, (1988) from the University of Alberta. Mr. Williamson is a professional geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). He is also a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and Member of the Society of Economic Geologists. During his career he has founded over 10 junior resource and or mining companies with gold, nickel and diamond-based operations in Canada, the United States, Western Australia, South America and Africa.
Mr. Williamson has served as Chairman, President, CEO, CFO, Director and or Advisor of TSX Venture and ASX listed companies. ; North Country Gold Corp. (since April 2010), Niblack Mineral Developments Inc. (April 2010 to January 2012), CBR Gold Corp. (August 1998 to May 2010), Brilliant Resources Inc. (since September 2003); Indicator Minerals Inc. (April 2001 to March 2005); Kaminak Gold Corporation (since November 2005), Graphite One Resources Inc. (since March 2006), Corsa Coal Corp., Altiplano Minerals Ltd., and Australian-listed Sentosa Mining Ltd. Of these, Brilliant Resources Inc. was named in 2007 and 2008 to the "TSX Venture 50TM", a ranking of Canada's top emerging public companies listed on TSX Venture Exchange, as a "Top 10 Mining Company" based on a formula that includes revenue, return on investment, market cap growth, and trading volume.
During his career, Mr. Williamson has been instrumental in financing over $250 million in equity or debt financing, conducted over $200 million in exploration and has grossed over $95 million in metal sales.
Brian Budd

Mr. Budd has worked with North Country Gold Corp. as a Director and VP of Corporate Development since joining the company in 2009. In addition to his role in corporate development, Mr. Budd serves as Corporate Secretary for the company and has played an integral role in North Country Gold's financing, public relations and corporate development activities. Brian has an extensive management and corporate development background with over 25 years of entrepreneurial and sales leadership experience in the resource and high tech industries. His business acumen includes the development and execution of comprehensive business and financing plans, corporate communication programs as well as strategic planning for both the domestic and international markets. In addition to his role with North Country Gold, Mr. Budd also serves as a Director for Graphite One Resources Inc., and CEO and Director for Altiplano Minerals Ltd.
Sean Mager, B.Comm.

Sean has a Bachelor of Commerce (1989) from the University of Alberta and more than twenty years of experience in the development, management and governance of public and private enterprise. His mining background includes serving as COO of an aboriginal development corporation during establishment of BHP’s Ekati Diamond Mine; as Financial Management Analyst for Resources and Economic Development with the Government of Canada's Northwest Territories; and as VP Corporate Development for a publicly listed mining logistics company. Since 1998, Mr. Mager has co-founded and developed several public companies that have conducted mineral exploration and mining worldwide, with precious metal, base metal, diamond and industrial mineral interests in North and South America, Australia, Asia and Africa.
He has served as President, Vice President, Director, Advisor, Chief Operating Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer for several TSXV and ASX listed companies, including Brilliant Resources Inc., North Country Gold Corp., Graphite One Resources Inc., Altiplano Minerals Ltd., Niblack Mineral Development Inc., Kaminak Gold Corporation, Indicator Minerals Inc., Corsa Coal Corp., and Grizzly Discoveries Inc.

Peter Kleespies, M.Sc
Vice President of Exploration

Mr. Kleespies has 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and mine development projects. Mr. Kleespies has worked for both junior and senior companies, including Metallica Resources, BHP Minerals Canada Limited, and Miramar Mining Corporation overseeing grassroots through to advanced stage, major exploration and development projects in Canada, South America, Australia and Africa.
Mr. Kleespies expertise ranges from conceptual project generation, grassroots exploration, large-scale surface and underground drill programs, bulk sampling, deposit modeling and resource estimation. Mr. Kleespies has demonstrated the application of sound technical principles and ability to integrate complex datasets in the search for, delineation and development of economically viable mineral deposits. Since 2004, Mr. Kleespies has held the position VP Exploration with North Country Gold Corp. and formerly managed exploration projects at Hope Bay for Miramar Mining Corporation.
Toby Pierce, B.Sc., MBA
Director
Mr. Pierce brings 17 years of geological and financial understanding within the resource sector. Most recently, he was a Partner & Senior Oil Equity Analyst with GMP Securities and Tristone Capital in London, England. Over his eight years in the finance industry he has built up extensive experience in M&A, IPO’s, fund raisings, equity and asset valuations and investment advice.
Mr Pierce has worked across North and Latin America as a geologist in the mining and exploration industry for Hunter Dickinson Inc., Kennecott Canada, and the Geological Survey of Canada and owned and operated a company that provided well-site geological services in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
Mr. Pierce holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Rotman School of Business and a Bachelors of Science in Earth Sciences from the University of Victoria. Further, Mr. Pierce is currently a director of Crest Petroleum (CTP.P:TSX-V), Jordan Energy and Mining Ltd (a UK private company) and Redtail Metals (RTZ: TSX-V).
Craig Bentham, LLB
Director
Mr. Bentham is a lawyer residing in Calgary, Alberta. He has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1992. Mr. Bentham carries on a corporate/commercial law practice with a focus on the structuring, negotiation and closing of real estate financings both domestically and internationally. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Bentham has significant experience with respect to TSX Venture-listed companies. He has been a founder, officer and/or director of eight TSX Venture-listed companies. His current positions include Poynt Corporation (PYN:TSX-V) (Chairman of the Board), Graphite One Resources Inc. (GPH:TSX-V) (Secretary) and Bluestone Resources Inc. (BSR:TSX-V) (Chairman of the Audit Committee).
